Who we are

Piglo is a product of Adiffic Media Private Limited, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India ("we", "us"). This policy covers the website piglo.in, the dashboard at app.piglo.in, and the WhatsApp and voice services we run for our customers. Questions: info@piglo.in or WhatsApp +91 87330 63010.

Information we collect

Account information: your name, business name, phone number, email, GSTIN and billing details when you sign up or pay.
Team information you enter: names and WhatsApp numbers of your staff, and the tasks, notes and files you create.
Messages and calls processed for you: WhatsApp messages sent to or from numbers connected to your account, call recordings, transcripts and summaries from the AI calling agent, and leads from the sources you connect (for example Meta lead forms).
Usage information: pages visited, features used, device and browser details, and server logs, used to run and improve the service.

How we use it

To provide the service: creating tasks, sending reminders, calling leads, sending messages you ask us to send, and showing all of it in your dashboard.
To improve how the assistant understands your team: a daily review reads the previous day's exchanges that the assistant did not understand and suggests phrases to add. Examples used in these reviews are anonymised.
To bill you, support you and tell you about changes to the service.
To comply with law and to prevent abuse of the service.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your messages or recordings to advertise to anyone.

Third parties that process data for us

We use established providers under contract to run Piglo: cloud hosting and database services, WhatsApp (Meta Platforms) for messaging, telephony and voice providers for calls and recordings, Indian-language speech-to-text providers for transcription, and large-language-model providers for understanding messages and running the calling agent. Each receives only what it needs to perform its function. Payment details are handled by the payment provider and never stored by us.

Some providers process data outside India. Where that happens, we rely on their contractual commitments to protect it to a standard at least equivalent to this policy.

Your customers and your team

You are responsible for having the right to send messages to and call the people whose numbers you add to Piglo, and for telling your team that their work messages are handled by an assistant. Marketing messages must only go to people who have opted in. Call recordings must comply with the laws that apply to you; our agent introduces itself by name and discloses that it is an AI assistant when asked.

Retention

Account and billing records: for as long as your account is active, and as required by tax law afterwards.
Messages, tasks, leads and recordings: while your account is active, and 30 days after it closes or a trial ends, after which they are deleted. You can delete recordings earlier from the dashboard.
Server logs: up to 90 days.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest with our providers, access is limited to staff who need it to support you, and every account is separated from every other. Our support staff access your account only when you ask for help or when needed to keep the service running, and that access is logged.

Your rights

You can see, correct, export or delete your data from the dashboard or by writing to info@piglo.in. You can ask us to stop processing data for a person you added, and we will do so and tell you if that affects the service. We respond within 30 days. If you are in India, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 applies and you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India if we don't resolve your concern.

Cookies

piglo.in uses only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences. We do not use advertising cookies on the site.

We'll post changes here and, for material changes, tell you by WhatsApp or email before they take effect.
