Refunds and cancellation

Free trial

Every account starts with a 3-day free trial. No payment details are taken, nothing is charged, and the trial ends by itself.

Cancellation

Cancel any time from Plan & billing in the dashboard or by WhatsApp. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, and isn't renewed. Your data is kept for 30 days after that in case you come back, then deleted.

Refunds

  • If the service didn't work for you in your first 7 days on a paid plan, tell us and we refund that month in full.
  • If we double-charged you or billed the wrong plan, we refund the difference within 5 working days.
  • Otherwise monthly fees for a period already started aren't refunded, since the service was available to you during it.
  • Usage charges already incurred (messages sent, call minutes used) aren't refundable.

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days of approval.
